The thickness of 75mm Multi-Space is equivalent to the thickness of 100mm bricks plus the thickness of 15mm plastering in both sides. For every 12 meters of the extended walls, Multi-Space increases the usable area by 6% (approximately 1 square meter).  By using Multi-Space as partition walls, it has increased the usable area by 3.8%, ie. generated extra 132 square meters from 2931 square meters, which has increased the capability of profit return.   
Result: By using Multi-Space, every 100 square meters of the living area increases 4.26 square meters. |
